- Đánh kem và đường còn lại trong một bát lớn cho đến khi nhuyễn mịn;
- Cạo ra thành kem đá bào xốp và chia ra cốc;
- Trang trí với socola và thưởng thức.
Nhiều người còn để đông 2 lần, mỗi lần 2 tiếng để món này lạnh sâu, khó tan hơn vào mùa hè.
